WA WaterAid Inaugural Golf Day

Join the Western Australia Fundraising Committee and fellow WaterAid supporters from across the water industry (and beyond!) for the first ever fun and inclusive social golf day. Whether you're a seasoned player or a first-timer, we welcome golfers and non-golfers alike—it's a fantastic opportunity to connect, network, and enjoy a relaxed day on a stunning course.

Royal Perth Golf Course

Royal Perth Golf Club has a strong history dating back to 1895, when the club commenced on Burswood Island before moving to Wattle Grove Farm, Belmont in 1900 and then to its current site in 1908. Royal Perth Golf Club is the oldest golf club in metropolitan Western Australia (WA) and was awarded its Royal Status in 1937.

Golf Event Schedule

7:30am: Registration upon arrival
8.00am: Breakfast is available in the Club House
8.15am: Player Briefing and subsequent cart lead-out to starting tees
8.30am: Lead out to starting positions
9:00am: Start main Ambrose event – full shotgun start
1.30pm Lunch served in the Clubhouse
2.30pm: Presentations / Scores / Prizes / Raffle draws
3:30pm: Close

You don't need to be a pro-golfer to enjoy the event.
Whether you're a seasoned professional or it is your first time out on the course, you are sure to have a great day. 

The 4-ball Ambrose format involves using the best shot from each member of the team until each hole is completed.

Gold Sponsor

Naming Rights to the Golf Day. Registration benefit of four teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and  on the WaterAid golf website.  Dedicated LinkedIn post announcing Gold Sponsorship.  Opportunity during proceedings to address attendees at the Clubhouse prior to player briefing.  A representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 1st place teams.  Sponsorship includes registration of four teams of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Silver Sponsorship

Registration benefit of three teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the Clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and  on the WaterAid golf website.  Your sponsorship will be promoted on LinkedIn. A representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 2nd place teams.  Sponsorship includes registration of three teams of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Bronze Sponsorship

Registration benefit of two teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the Clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and on the WaterAid golf website. A representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 3rd place teams. Sponsorship includes registration of two teams of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Breakfast Sponsor - Sold

Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may provide a banner to be located in the breakfast area and your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter.  Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day. 

$2,200 incl. GST

Lunch Sponsor

Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may provide a banner to be located in the lunch area and have the opportunity to be a part of the presentation of the Awards Ceremony.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter.  Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day. 

$3,300  Incl. GST

Drinks Cart Sponsorship - SOLD

Your logo will be showcased with branded signage on the drinks cart, which will be driven around the whole of the golf course.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication.  Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Hole Sponsorships

Your organisational tear drop banner is placed around the designated tee off area for the event.  Your organisation will be acknowledged during formal proceedings and is placed on event materials. Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Golf Ball Sponsorship - SOLD

A unique opportunity to have your logo displayed on the golf balls provided to every team registration and your sponorship will be acknowledged yby the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication.  Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Live Scoring Sponsorship

Have your logo displayed on the Live Scoring system which will be used throughout the day and for pre-registering the teams and members.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

Raffle Sponsorship

Be the Raffle Sponsor and have your logo displayed on the screens and be able to hand out the prizes to the winners.

Putting Contest Sponsorship

Your organisational signage is placed around the designated putting area for this event.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the formal proceedings and is placed on event materials.  Sponsorship includes registration of one team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.
