GOLD Sponsorship Package - One available @ $16,500 Incl. GST - SOLD
- Registration benefit of four teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration
- Placement of your banners and signage in the clubhouse.
- Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material.
- Opportunity during proceedings to address attendees at the clubhouse prior to player briefing.
- A representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 1st place teams.
Breakfast Sponsor - One available @ $2,200 Incl. GST SOLD
Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may provide a banner to be located in the breakfast area and your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.
Lunch Sponsor - One available @ $3,300 Incl. GST SOLD
Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may provide a banner to be located in the lunch area and have the opportunity to be a part of the presentation of the Awards Ceremony. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.
Drinks Cart Sponsorship - $2,640 Incl. GST SOLD
Your logo will be showcased with A3 signage on the drinks cart, which will be driven around the whole of the golf course. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day. There are two drinks cart sponsorships available.
Hole Sponsorships - 5 available @ $2,310 Incl. GST
Your organisational tear drop banner is placed around the designated tee off area for the event. Your organisation will be acknowledged during formal proceedings and is placed on event materials. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.
Live Scoring Sponsorship - One available @ $3,300 Incl. GST SOLD
A fabulous opportunity to have your logo displayed on the Live Scoring system which will be used throughout the day and for pre-registering the teams and members. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.
Golf Ball Sponsorship - One available @ $2,200 Incl. GST - SOLD
A fabulous opportunity to have your logo displayed on the golf balls provided to every team registration and your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Includes a team registration of four.
Registration & Welcome Zone Sponsor - One available @ $2,750 incl. GST
Position your organisation front and centre as our Registration & Welcome Zone Sponsor for the Golf Day. This package includes a team entry, prominent signage and branding at check-in, and the opportunity to distribute merchandise to all players — creating strong first impressions while engaging directly with every attendee from the moment they arrive. One team registration included.
Hydration Sponsor - One available @ $2,750 incl. GST
Position your brand front and centre by providing branded water bottles for all players. Participants can refill their bottles at the halfway house, conveniently equipped with a filtration system—ensuring your branding stays visible throughout the day. This package also includes one complimentary team registration.
Prize Sponsor - One available @ $2,200 incl. GST
Secure strong visibility as a Prize Sponsor at our Golf Day, with the opportunity to present prizes, engage directly with participants, and showcase your brand in a fun, high-energy setting — all while supporting a great cause. Does not include a team registration.
Putting Contest Sponsorship - One available @ $1,100 Incl. GST
Your organisational signage is placed around the designated putting area for this event. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the formal proceedings and is placed on event
