The Queensland Fundraising Committee invites you to join them and many other WaterAid supporters from across the water industry and further afield, to enjoy a social game of golf open to all.

Virginia Golf Club

Virginia Golf Club is known as one of Brisbane’s most beautiful and distinguished 27 hole golf courses. Virginia is also famous for kick starting the careers of some of the worlds golfing greats, such as Greg Norman and Wayne Grady.

More than just a golf club, they are proud to be the first golf course in Qld to introduce the exciting new sporting craze of Foot Golf!  Virginia is family friendly and open to the public, which means, you don’t need to be a member to come along and enjoy all they have to offer.

Golf Event Schedule

7:30am – 8:30am: Registration upon arrival
8.00am – 8.30am: Breakfast is available in the Club House
8.15am: Player Briefing and subsequent cart lead-out to starting tees
8.30pm: Lead out to starting positions
9:00pm: Start main Ambrose event – full shotgun start
1.30pm: Presentations / Scores / Prizes / Raffle draws
3:30pm: Close


You don't need to be a pro-golfer to enjoy the event.
Whether you a seasoned professional or it is your first time out on the course, you are sure to have a great day. 

The 4-ball Ambrose format involves using the best shot from each member of the team until each hole is completed.

Naming Rights to the Golf Day. Registration benefit of four teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and golf website.  Dedicated LinkedIn post announcing Gold Sponosrship.  Opportunity during proceedings to address attendees at the Clubhouse prior to player briefing.  A Representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 1st place men’s and ladies’ teams.

$15,000 Plus GST

Silver Sponsorship

Registration benefit of three teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and golf website.  Your sponsorship will be promoted on LinkedIn. A Representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 2nd place men’s and ladies’ teams.

$10,000 Plus GST

Bronze Sponsorship

Registration benefit of two teams of four to play the 18-hole golf event on the day as outlined in team registration.  Placement of your banners and signage in the clubhouse.  Your company name and logo/branding is published on all promotional material and golf website. Opportunity during proceedings to address attendees at the Clubhouse prior to player briefing.  A Representative from your organisation will present the trophies and prizes for overall 3rd place men’s and ladies’ teams.

$7,500 Plus GST

Drinks Cart Sponsorship

Your logo will be showcased with A3 signage on the drinks cart, which will be driven around the whole of the golf course.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication.  Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.  There are two drinks cart sponsorships available.

$2,000 Plus GST

Hole Sponsorships

Your organisational tear drop banner is placed around the designated tee off area for the event.  Your organisation will be acknowledged during formal proceedings and is placed on event materials. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

$3,000 Plus GST

Live Scoring Sponsorship

A fabulous opportunity to have your logo displayed on the Live Scoring system which will be used throughout the day and for pre-registering the teams and members.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day.

$2,000 + GST

Golf Ball Sponsorship

A fabulous opportunity to have your logo displayed on the golf balls provided to every team registration and your sponorship will be acknowledged yby the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. Includes a team registration of four.

$1,500 + GST

Putting Contest Sponsorship

Your organisational signage is placed around the designated putting area for this event.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the formal proceedings and is placed on event materials.
