Run For Water, Run for Love (QiXi Love Festival, August 14, Myer, Bourke Street)Let's spread the LOVE!

Just when we think water is a necessaity and such a normal part of our life, yet for millions of people around the world, clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene are still not a normal part of daily life.


Nearly ONE MILLION PEOPLE DIED each year from water, sanitation & hygiene-related diseases which could be reduced with access to safe water or sanitation. This is heart-broken and something we believe should never happen in the 21st century. 


SO, this year, we decide to show our love to not only our loved ones but also to expand the concept to "love" by spreading love to those in need of our love and support, by holding this "Run for Water, Run for Love" charity event.


The event is held on August 14, QiXi Festival, whis Chinese Valentines' Day that has been celebrated for thousands of years. It is a day for Love, Romance & Togetherness.

We aim to bring community closer, increase public awareness of water scarcity; and create an unforgettable & meaningful Qixi Festivals.
