After completing almost a month of not drinking and giving up something for someone else it has left me feeling mentally clearer and having to deal with my problems in a healthy way instead of drinking them away has been cathartic… definitely recommend and would definitely do it again ????I'm taking a challenge for clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene!
