Atlas, a group of passionate water professionals in Sydney, NSW, Australia,
determined to make a difference and to help WaterAid transform lives.
Did you
know that 1 in 9 people worldwide do not have clean water close to home?
For
millions of people around the world, clean water, decent toilets and good
hygiene are still not a normal part of daily life. Every day, millions of
people around the world walk 6km to collect water for their families for
drinking, cooking, washing and bathing. We believe that everybody on earth
deserves to have access to these basic rights, and that together we can help
achieve this.
Team Atlas
is tackling the NSW WaterAid Ball Fundraising Challenge and is committing to
run 6km a day to raise awareness about the global water crisis and support
WaterAid in raising funds to help unlock people's potential and change their
lives for good.
WaterAid
aims to get clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to everyone,
everywhere within a generation. This vision inspires us, and we hope it
