Melbourne Town Hall, Melbourne, Victoria
What if I have food allergies or I am vegan, vegetarian, gluten free?
Please email bronwyn.wilcox@wateraid.org.au and let her know.
Why do I need to provide the names of my guests in advance?
For safety regulations we must have your guests full name, organisation, email and phone number to provide to the venue for contract tracing purposes. We will also have an electronic bidding system on the night – and for this to work, we need to have the names of your guests in advance. Without guest names you will not receive electronic bidding for your table. It also helps us with any guests with dietary requirements.
What if I need to change a guest name after I have provided my names?
Please contact Bronwyn Wilcox on Bronwyn.wilcox@wateraid.org.au or 0413 777 874 to provide your new guest name and if it is on the day, the guest will also need to go directly to the registration desk to provide their details and check in.
