The New South Wales Fundraising Committee invites you to join them and many other WaterAid supporters from across the water industry and further afield, to enjoy a social game of golf open to all.

Pennant Hills Golf Club

Pennant Hills Golf Club has a rich and varied history. It was first formed in 1923 on its present site and is one of the oldest golf clubs in Sydney to share the honour of such longevity. Its strength and durability can be attributed to the direct ownership of the land, the excellent management of the club, the careful maintenance of the course and the strong bonds of friendship and camaraderie among its members. It is considered that becoming a member of Pennant Hills Golf Club is a significant honour in itself.

The club has produced some outstanding players who have achieved national and international success. Tony Gresham, one of the finest Australian amateur golfers to have played the game and Peter Fowler, a successful contender on the professional circuit, are but two.

Entries are strictly limited to 18 groups of 4 people. Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Golf Event Schedule
 
7.00am – 7:45am: Registration upon arrival Breakfast is available in the Club House
7.45am: Player Briefing and subsequent cart lead-out to starting tees
8:00pm: Start main Ambrose event – full shotgun start
12.30pm: Presentations / Scores / Prizes / Raffle draws/
1.30pm:  Lunch
3:30pm: Close

There are limited sponsorship opportunities so be sure to get in quick so as not miss out. 

Golf Day Naming Rights Sponsor

Naming rights to the WaterAid Golf day and your logo and organisation will be acknowledged during formal proceedings and is placed on on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day.  The sponsor may proivde a banner to be located in the registration area and also in the main room for the Awards Ceremony, along with the opportunity to be a part of the presentation of the Awards Ceremony.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter. Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day. 

$7,500 plus GST

Hole Sponsorship

Includes hole sponsorship, playing fees for four people, lunch + one drink each and the opportunity to display promotional material on your sponsored hole. 
There are 18 team registrations available.

$1,000 plus GST

Live Scoring Sponsorship

A fabulous opportunity to have your logo displayed on the Live Scoring system which will be used throughout the day and for pre-registering the teams and members.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. 

$2,000 plus GST

Putting Contest Sponsorship

Your organisational signage is placed around the designated putting area for this event.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the formal proceedings and is placed on event materials.

$1,000 plus GST

Drinks Cart Sponsorship - 1 LEFT

Your logo will be showcased with A3 signage on the drinks cart, which will be driven around the whole of the golf course. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC during the presentation ceremony and post event communication. There are two drinks cart sponsorships available.

$800 EA plus GST

Breakfast Sponsor

Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may provide a banner to be located in the breakfast area and your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter.  

$1,500 plus GST

Lunch Sponsor

Your logo will be showcased on all marketing materials and communications regarding the Golf Day. The sponsor may proivde a banner to be located in the lunch area and have the opportunity to be a part of the presentation of the Awards Ceremony.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by the MC and on the WaterAid Golf website as well as in the WaterAid Corporate Newsletter.  Sponsorship includes registration of 1 team of 4 to play the 18-hole golf event on the day. 

$2,500 plus GST

Additional Sponsorships

Raffle Sponsorship $1,000 EA plus GST - Sponsors will be able to display promotional material for the raffle.

Pro For the Day Sponsorship - three available $500 plus GST

Survival Ball Sponsorship $500 plus GST

Whether you a seasoned professional or it is your first time out on the course, you are sure to have a great day. 

The 4-ball Ambrose format involves using the best shot from each member of the team until each hole is completed.

Photography

There will be photos captured throughout the day around the course and clubhouse. 

All funds raised go directly to WaterAid.
